It is expected that racers will stay onsite at the Deerhurst Resort. One room can fit an entire team. To receive a great discount on your room, say that you are part of the High School Adventure Challenge! Teams pay $149 per room plus taxes: 2 queen beds in one room, 1 pull-out couch and a kitchenette in living area. (Rooms normally cost $319 per night!!!) Deerhurst Resort is also waiving the $10 pp/night resort fee for our guests. Remember to get your Deerhurst Resort reservation and confirmation number before race registration to receive the discounted $300 registration fee.

Staying onsite gives you the feel of an "Athletes' Village" and you won't be late for the race travelling from other sites (yes this happened last year). Other benefits of staying at the Deerhurst Resort include full use of resort facilities (pool, hot tub, tennis courts). A cool point of interest is the 2010 G8 Summit will be hosted at Deerhurst Resort (you might stay in the same room as Obama!)
